As a project manager and designer I performed subdivision planning and design from bare land to final occupancy of small tracts, and parcels, a total of 16 projects.  

Mr. Jacob Hartmann, a licensed attorney and licensed civil engineer in State of California, and his associates reached me through word of mouth and I was hired in order to develop their inheritance properties within the City and County of Los Angeles jurisdiction.  For a 5-year period of time I worked as the project Manager and project designer.

1.
